Sacrificing The Untamed Lady Henrietta by Hanna Hamilton

This is dramatic, amusing, heartwarming and romantic. Ewan is determined, protective, caring and charming. Henrietta is smart, stubborn, insecure, caring and bold. Forced into a marriage neither one wanted, they run away from home the day after they marry. Ewan is still heartbroken over the deaths of his wife and son, and has closed his heart off. Henrietta wants to become a doctor, and much to her father's distress, she keeps trying to get into a college and reading books that are if a scientific nature. He finally has enough and betroths her to Ewan. Ewan agrees to honor the betrothal, but the marriage would be in name only. But as they get to know each other, they find themselves falling in love, and a sudden appearance of danger forces them closer. This is another great story from Hanna and it should be on everyone's TBR list.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
