Rogue Rapids by Shirleen Davies

This is an interesting, dramatic, sweet and entertaining story. Mack is a lonely, stubborn and determined man. Sylvia is a strong, independent and determined woman. There was an instant attraction between them, but misinformation held Sylvia back from agreeing to have anything to do with Mack. When she fled her home in Texas, she was determined to marry for love and wanted nothing to do with a man who seemed to only want a casual relationship. She discovers that Mack isn't that type of man, but that he doesn't believe in love. They agree to a one month long courtship to see if they can change each other's minds, but both determined not to change theirs. The storyline is full of action and it has strong, likable characters. I hope Dom gets his own story someday.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
