Save Me Daddy by Jess Bentley

This is a dramatic story of bullying, betrayal and love. Daniel lives in his own little world, but he tries to make other people's lives better where he can. And that includes policing the college that he lives near. Which is where he finds Kita, being hazed and in danger, and so he brings her home. And becomes torn between his desire for a girl half his age, and his desire to just protect her. It's a captivating and entertaining story full of heartbreak and romance.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
