Hard Rock Sin by Athena Wright

This is an emotionally charged story about two people who are emotionally damaged, sensitive and vulnerable. It's also sweet, romantic and happy. Lily always had a crush on Cameron, but to Cameron she was his band mates baby sister. Until she comes home after being away for years. He tries to resist the pull he has towards her, she tries to break through that resistance. They give each other what they desperately need and are an engaging couple. Cameron hides his real self, but Lily sees him for who is really is, captivating, sweet and adorable. They are a favorite couple of mine. Their story, along with the whole series, are fantastic books.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
