The Lovely Duckling by Lila DiPasqua

I received a free copy of this book from the author. Lila is one of my favorite authors, she writes brilliant stories with fascinating characters. This is a sweet, sexy and amusing story. Joseph is a lovable reformed jerk who falls in love with a woman who hates him by writing to her using his brothers name. Emilie has been a recluse for 10 years because of Joseph and his friends. When they meet at a party, Emilie believes Joseph is Vincent and they become close. It's amusing what Joseph goes through to avoid being caught. This is a must add to your TBR list, it's so adorably sweet.

This is entertaining, steamy and romantic. David is a professor at a Christian college, and an author. Seb is a grad student at the college, and he edits David's books. Seb has been crushing on David for over a year, but didn't say anything  because he was unsure if the 20 year difference in their ages, and the fact that David was stuffy, would matter. Then one day he gets a visit from Alex, along with an invitation to a consort mixer. Seb considers the invitation, then decides that he'll take a chance asking David to date first. After David says no, Seb is determined to go to this party and find a man that will have him. When David shows up at the party, Seb loses it and goes off on him. In the end David is so angry at Seb he agrees to a trial run. But he still fights them being together. A series of events have them both considering the consequences of a relationship. This is interesting, romantic and heartwarming. Jax is a teen heartthrob actor who finds out that his manager has been keeping him in teen roles rather than being in more adult roles. He heads off to Higbee to see he northern lights, only he had a slight meltdown on the way which caused him to be a day late. After spilling hot coffee all over himself he ends up at Anthony's bakery looking for something to dry himself with. Anthony is a genius at making and decorating sweets, he's also agoraphobic. While cleaning up in the back of the bakery he hears Anthony talking to someone, and when he hears what it's about, he walks out front and pretends to be Anthony's new boyfriend.
