The Duke of Lies by Darcy Burke

This is a sweet, romantic, captivating and entertaining story. Kit is fascinating, he's charming, kind, caring and honorable. Even though he planned on stealing from the estate, his true character showed. Verity is spunky, smart, independent, and caring, yet vulnerable. Kit needed money to buy a new ship, so he decided to take it from his father's estate. Only when he shows up, everyone mistakes him for the missing Duke, so he goes with that. He wasn't counting on finding the Dukes wife and son so irresistible and vulnerable, or finding that he'd care. It's a great addition to the series, and I recommend adding them all to your TBR list.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
