A Spy To Love by Maggi Andersen

This is a suspenseful, engrossing story. It's captivating and full of intrigue, and has some charming characters. The relationship between John and Sibella is sweet and gentle, it's romantic the way the engage with each other. The drama that unfolds after John's rejection is heartbreaking for them both. In the end John redeems himself completely. I received a complimentary copy of this book from eBook Discovery. This is my honest opinion of it.

This is a short, intense and entertaining story. Ben is caring, protective, stubborn and sweet. Liz is independent, determined, tough and fierce. When Ben hears a defendant threaten Liz, he insists the judge order protection, and that he be the one assigned to her. Liz finds him ridiculously attractive, but there's no way that she's going to put her heart on the line with a man with such a dangerous job. Ben won't put his heart on the line either, he'd been there and done that. But the chemistry between them is hard to ignore, so they don't. It's a very short story, but very good. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
