The Vixen and The Vet by Katy Regnery

This is sweetly romantic, heartbreakingly sad and emotionally charged. Asher is a tortured soul who is both physically and emotionally damaged, but remains a charming, romantic and caring man. Savannah is a naive and defeated, yet very determined woman. Their story is a combination of trust, betrayal, compassion acceptance and love. The beginning is heartbreaking, the middle is sweet and romantic, and the end is heartwarming and captivating. I loved the storyline and most of the characters. I definitely didn't like her sister, what she did was wrong and unforgivable. The Southern charm was entertaining and enjoyable, the way that Asher settled accounts was very satisfying. I laughed, I cried, I got mad, I melted and I couldn't put it down. This is a must add to your TBR list.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
