Saving Grace by Aubrey Wynne

This is fascinating, sweet, eerie and cool. Chloe is determined, strong, brave and caring. Jackson is sweet, considerate and charming. Grace is strong, vulnerable, naive and caring. In 2006 Chloe is dealing with a stalker ex while trying to get a horse business going. When her barn burns down and her ex starts telling people that she was under suspicion for she leaves the area temporarily. She finally gets to meet Jackson, who she's heard of through her best friend, and there's a spark and magnetic pull between them. In in 1706 Grace is tried as a witch after being accused of causing harm to her neighbors. Her ghost is still in the area, Chloe sees her and feels her presence. Grace looks after Chloe, putting things out of the way and covering her with a blanket. Jackson and Chloe look into Grace's life after they figure out who she is, and try to help her move on. The end of the book is dramatic and thrilling. I loved everything about the book, except for the ex husband.

More Than Most by Sloane Parker

This is fascinating, riveting, romantic and suspenseful. Richard finally gets to buy the Harrison Estate. But now he can't get the investors to invest, and people keep breaking in. Matthew and Luke seem distant from him, and closer to each other, and when things get dangerous at the estate, he pushes them away to keep them safe. They push back and he gives in, and together they figure out what it is that everyone believes in on the estate. That has them frantically searching the house, and investigating Griff's death. The Harrison butler, Dominic, knows more than he's telling, but they can't get him to give them the information. So many secrets, so much intrigue and so much love will have you forgetting about everything you should be doing, until you read the last page. More by Sloan Parker

This is an intense, gripping, suspenseful, dramatic and fascinating story. Richard is bold, gentle, caring and protective. Matthew is sweet, excitable and generous. Luke is determined, tough and unemotional. They meet at a club where gay men can go for hookups. They connected emotionally the instant they met, but they knew that Luke was never with someone more than once. Until the next time he was at the club and they wanted a repeat, he couldn't say no. Then they decided to go on a date, and Richard asked them to move in. Luke didn't want to keep being with them, but couldn't stop himself from saying yes, partly because his father had tracked him down again so he needed to move, and partly because he was curious about his reaction to them. When Luke's father started threatening them, he tried to leave, but he couldn't, and things got bad after that. There are some shocking twists that you never see coming. It's an amazing story abo

Something To Believe In by Sloan Parker

This is intense, heartbreaking and dramatic. Sean is brave, strong, determined and vulnerable. Gavin is tough, protective and brave. Sean ended up on the streets because his parents wouldn't accept that he was gay. Gavin ended up on the streets after growing up in foster care. They meet one Christmas Eve at a shelter, and stuck together after that, becoming friends, then falling for each other. But they were never a couple, until Gavin came home from a week long stay with an old man. Most of the book is about life on the streets, but it turns hopeful and sweet. It's a really good story.

Home With The Cowboy by Leslie North

This is romantic, dramatic and entertaining. Daniel is determined, unsure and optimistic. Willa is caring, protective and optimistic. After her employers die, Willa takes their son to his uncle, who thought that she was staying, at least for a while. They fall in love, but she's determined to go back to New York, back to a job she has been working to get. Their relationship is complicated, steamy and sweet. More Than A Memory by Christiana Watson

This is very dramatic, a little romantic and funny, intense and drawn out. Mal and Tanner had met and fell in love a few years before, but a misunderstanding and stubbornness broke them up. Now it's been 2 years, Mal is still angry about what she saw the last time she was at the ranch, and was determined to not let Tanner back into her life. Tanner was still angry about Mal disappearing then ignoring him. They fight, neither one speaks up about why they are angry, they can't keep their hands off each other, but refuse to get involved. I think it would have been a better book if they hadn't been so determined to blame the other. Tanner is sweet and romantic inside, but he doesn't trust Mal, and she doesn't give him any reason to. Mal can't decide what she wants to do with her life and doesn't talk to Tanner about it, she just keeps him guessing. So when all is said and done, it's a good story, just a little too dramatic. Rhapsody and Rebellion by Aubrey Wynne

This is intriguing, romantic and entertaining. Gideon is charming, chivalrous, a bit stuffy and unsure. Lissie is sweet, caring and amusing. He went to Scotland because of a dream his mother had, not really believing that it had foretold the future, he was shocked to find that it was true. He was even more shocked to be intensely attracted to his cousin's widow. Lissie and Ian had been betrothed all their lives, Lissie knew it was not a passionate love, but that never mattered to her. So she found herself confused and mortified to be drawn to Gideon just a few weeks after losing Ian. Gideon had the chance while he was in Scotland to learn about his family's gifts, and about his own Scottish traits. When he leaves he brings Lissie back with him, so his mother would have female company, and he could win her heart. It's a gentle, sweet romance with interesting characters. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Hidden Gems. This is my honest and voluntary opinion o

Prairie Devil by Tessa Layne

This is steamy, entertaining and sweet. Colt is cocky, bold, insecure, sensitive, vulnerable and determined. Lydia is unforgiving, stubborn, caring and compassionate. He'd always wanted her, she'd always wanted him, but he was an out of control teen who got thrown out of his home. Now, 10 years later, he wants to prove that he's changed, and finally win her. They end up with a business arrangement, one that involves them pretending to be engaged. The more time they spent together, the more they let their guards down, and fell in love. There are some dramatic twists in the story, some good, some not so much.  I really liked the characters and the storyline. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Hidden Gems. This is my voluntary and honest opinion.

Angel of The Knight by Em Petrova

This is a real tear jerker. It's also intense, dramatic, heartbreaking, steamy and romantic. Rocko finally gives in to and Lexi, only to disappear, for months, and no one will tell her where he is. While she's dealing with her broken heart, she gets bad news at work. I cried through the first half of the book, Rocko was such a jerk and the Knight boys weren't any better. Poor Lexi was being tortured by all of them, but she proved just how strong she is, especially at the restaurant. And Rocko showed he has a soft, vulnerable side along with his tough, stubborn side. The story brings an emotional end to the Knights, they will be missed. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Long, Tall Cowboy by Vina Grey

This is entertaining, romantic and sweet. Garrett is stubborn, insecure, kind and caring. Matt is determined, unsure and amusing. After a car accident, Matt goes back to the ranch that Garrett, the man he's been in love with for 10 years, owns to try to get him back. Garrett is not too keen on giving the man who broke his heart another chance to do it again. Matt sticks around though, earning Garrett's trust while they get to know each other again. The drama of life, family, friends and horses all affect their relationship, which proves entertaining and romantic. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Hidden Gems. His Highland Bride by Willa Blair

This is a dramatic, tragic, romantic and interesting story. Cameron is charming, bold, determined and protective. Mary is loyal, responsible, strong, stubborn, caring and generous. While recuperating at Rose from his injury, he and Mary spend a great deal of time together and fall in love. When it's time for him to return to his clan, he wants to take Mary, but she refuses to leave her clan in the hands of her very ill father and his untrustworthy new wife. The drama and the twists and the tragedy soon follow. I loved the storyline and the H and h, and I was very happy with the ending. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Hidden Gems. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.

Scandalous Liaisons by Amanda Mariel

This is dramatic and intense. Lewis and Grace met and fell in love when they were young, but Grace ended up having to marry someone else in order to save her family. Years later they meet again, only to pretend they didn't know each other. Now again they meet, and finally talk about the past. Grace is still as stubborn as she was, and poor Lewis can't believe he is having his heart broken again because of her. It's a sad story with a happy ending. Taken By The Lawman by Rhonda Lee Carver

This is dramatic, romantic and entertaining. Deegan and Kiersten work at the same place, though they rarely see each other, on purpose. That's because they have avoided each other since they had a one night stand two years earlier. But when Kiersten needs help on an under the radar case, she knows that Deegan is the man she needs to help her. Deegan has always wished that there could have been more between them, and now that she's back in his orbit, he's determined to change her mind about having a relationship. They make a great team, and Deegan is smart, sweet and charming. I really enjoyed reading it. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.

This is a captivating story of love, redemption, forgiveness and trust. Austin is judgmental, stubborn, bold, caring and sweet. Lacey is independent, stubborn, brave, naive and vulnerable. Austin arrested and helped convict her 3 years ago, now that she's been released, he's going to make sure she can't become a drug dealer again. Lacey hates Austin for his part in her wrongful conviction, but at the same time, she's got the hots for him. Eventually she propositions him, and he takes her up on it. Then he needs her to help him restore a train, and they start spending a lot of time together. This is intense, dramatic, sweet and romantic. Logan is stubborn, determined and scared. Archie is bold, determined and thoughtless. Then during the Christmas break Archie showed up at the house where Logan was staying, still determined to make Logan confess to loving him, and suddenly the secret was out. I did not like Archie, I thought of him as a near stalker. If he had loved Logan, he would have respected his wishes, and is career. This is intriguing, romantic and sweet. Tyler is a friendly, caring, insecure and vulnerable gay omega who can't have children. Ronan is a kind, generous and protective straight man who is confused by his attraction to Tyler. Drawn to each other, they had a relaxed, easy relationship from the minute they met, and the more time Ronan spent with Tyler, the more time he wanted to spend. That confused Ronan, as did the agitation he felt when another man paid attention to Tyler. Tyler fell for Ronan, while desperately trying to, because he really liked having Ronan as a friend. Ronan eventually figures out that he's bi, something he never knew about himself, and convinces Tyler to be in a relationship. But things don't go smoothly, there's Ronan's ex-wife, Tyler's insecurities, Ronan's family and Ronan's doubts about himself. It's great story with a HEA. They've been friendly for years, Perry being her brother's friend, but never thought to have be more. Until they were stranded in a house together, with a family who needed shelter. It began with a kiss, and Perry realized that Grace was everything he didn't know he wanted. Trying to convince Grace of that proved difficult. It's a wonderful story that I really enjoyed reading. This is romantic and entertaining. Chase is determined, daring and desperate. Abby is stubborn, insecure and impulsive. They met, fell in love, got married and got divorced very quickly. Chase didn't know what happened to cause the breakup, but he soon became desperate to get her back. Abby wasn't having it. The idea of a mystery man romancing Abby sounded like a great idea, until it came time to unmask himself. Abby was confused by how she felt about her mystery man, and how she felt about Chase. Steve was sweet, attentive and romantic, everything Chase wasn't, but she couldn't stop thinking about Chase. It's a great storyline and the characters are all entertaining.

You're The Rogue That I Want by Samantha Holt

This is dramatic, romantic, engrossing, entertaining and funny. Watching Red and Hannah slowly come to see what lies underneath the persona they first encountered is funny and sweet. Red really is a character, with a charming personality and great sense of humor. Hannah is a sweet, naive woman with a wicked sense of humor who does a lot of growing during the journey to London. When Julianna shows up at the inn looking for her brother, she finds Drake instead of Knight. He ends up having to rescue her, then places her under his protection, which she resents. After a year they would divorce and she would raise the baby alone. Z was worried about the political fallout if she could not accomplish that, so he agreed.
