The Duke's Wicked Wager by Isabella Thorne

The Duke's Wicked Wager:
Promise Me A Handful of Horses
This starts the series off with a bang. George is oblivious to the destruction he helped perpetrate, he thought it was all fun. Evelyn has been left at her selfish cad of a brother's mercy. She blames the Duke, even though she finds him intriguing, so she makes a wager with him. It's an entertaining book and I can't wait to see what happens next.
Promise Me Daring
This book is not very exciting until the end, but it is interesting. Frederic decides to have a house party , where Evelyn meets Adele and Lord Ashwood.
Promise Me This Dance
I really don't like Adele, she acts like she is Evelyn's mother when she is only Frederic's mistress. George is a tease, and does nothing but cause problems. Frederic is a changed man, and a hypocrite. Lord Ashwood is too eager to get Evelyn as his wife.
Promise Me Your Heart
It's decision time, for both George and Evelyn. This is a fun and romantic ending to the story. There is a satisfying resolution for everyone involved, and all of the characters ended up being very likable.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Candid Book Reviews. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
