On The Line by Liz Lincoln

This is steamy, intense, romantic and sweet. Seth is sexy, stubborn, dedicated, caring and irresistible. Carrie is sweet, kind, smart and peppy. They meet in a grocery store, when he is there getting tampons for his 12 year old daughter, which she helps with, and are both intensely attracted to each other. She gives him her number in case he needs more help, and he begins flirting with her. But he ends up hiring her as a nanny, which makes a relationship a no no. But they only manage to hold off for a little while. They are fun and entertaining, both before and after they get together. I loved the storyline and the characters and look forward to reading the next book.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
