After Kit's brother dies he leaves the military to go home and take his brothers title. While there he gets to know Grace, who is consoling his sister-in-law. While he doesn't plan on starting a relationship with her, he can't help falling in love with her. But Grace's plans don't include love, marriage or children. And his title may be temporary. The Duke Who Ravished Me by Diana Quincy

This is sweet, amusing, romantic and dramatic. Adam is selfish, immature and emotionally broken. Isabel is caring, kind, vulnerable and mysterious. It was hate, but also intense awareness, at first sight. Complete opposite personalities clash, morality against immortality and selfishness against love. Patience and Prudie add entertainment, love and excitement. The characters are fascinating, exciting. The storyline is captivating and engrossing, it was so hard to put down. The end of the story is brilliant, and Adam's reformation is heartwarming. This book belongs on the top of your TBR list. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Netgalley. Evelyn has been left at her selfish cad of a brother's mercy. She blames the Duke, even though she finds him intriguing, so she makes a wager with him. It's an entertaining book and I can't wait to see what happens next. Promise Me Daring This book is not very exciting until the end, but it is interesting. Frederic decides to have a house party , where Evelyn meets Adele and Lord Ashwood. Promise Me This Dance I really don't like Adele, she acts like she is Evelyn's mother when she is only Frederic's mistress. George is a tease, and does nothing but cause problems. Having previously met and developed feelings, attraction and longing become harder to ignore after Oliver rescues Blaike and her sister from being kidnapped and they end up on his ship sailing back to England. They're very entertaining, as are the crew, but M'lady Lottie is hilarious. I loved everything about this book, and it's a great addition to the series. Which I recommend adding to your TBR list. Mark's Passionate Heart by Marcia Carrington

I'm not sure where this is going, but I can't wait to find out. Mark seemed a little bit creepy in the beginning and then not too much, but maybe again? The storyline is intriguing, an unexpected encounter turns to something else completely. Mark does not seem like management material, he's not very professional, on top of being creepy, Carissa is high spirited but mature, Dana behaves old fashionedly, but also immature and the geeky Jamie comes off more like a jock. I think my favorite character is Anthony. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.

With the way her father was already treating her, when Rolf started his crap, she should have left. Unfortunately she had no confidence in herself, and felt too responsible for her father. The storyline is great and all the characters have vastly different personalities so there is always conflict, some of it is even amusing. I very much enjoyed reading it.
