This is a dramatic, amusing and romantic story. Jack is charming, kind, stubborn and entertaining. Lia is sweet, naive and stubborn. The storyline is intriguing and captivating, the surprises just keep coming. Jack's protective personality vs his emotions is put to the test when he goes ballistic upon learning that Lia plans to become a courtesan. Lia is very inept at achieving her goal, especially when Jack keeps interfering. It's a very interesting story that I enjoyed reading and I recommend adding it to your TBR list. This is a steamy and interesting story. Piper is a successful career woman, but she's insecure and a bit immature. Evan is a smart entrepreneur who hides his feelings behind sex. I really didn't like Evan though. I love the idea of the storyline, them getting back together and having a baby, I just didn't like the execution of it. He never came across as really still being in love Piper. The ending was really cute though. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is amusing, dramatic and steamy. Jack is a rough and tough guy but when he sees Naomi, he knows that she's different and he wants her. Naomi is sweet and hard working, until she sets eyes on Jack. Then she's ready to risk her job to be with him. The end was really amusing and entertaining. This is an intriguing and suspenseful story. Finn is a romantic, charming and engaging character. Elspeth is sweet, vulnerable and stubborn. I can't say that Finn is too bright, he's too trusting and kind. But he is a very responsible person. The storyline is full of drama and twists, it's completely engrossing and very entertaining. This is amusing, romantic, captivating and entertaining. James is chivalrous, charming, sweet and amusing. Temperance is stubborn, wary and brave. The two intensely dislike the other and what they perceive as their kind. Things change when they get kidnapped, they learn that they are wrong about many things, and start to have feelings for each other. But both are guarded with their hearts and both are stubborn. This is a fun story with some great characters. I loved it and highly recommend adding it to your TBR list. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Reading Deals. This is an interesting story, but it reads rather slow. All of the characters are timid but likable. Alyssa is tough and snarky, except when it comes to trusting in relationships. Jake is sweet and sensitive but only shows the world the facade of a player. When you add in exes, the drama skyrockets. I like the storyline and characters, but it could have been more exciting. This book continues the intriguing story of Toby and Hazel. After catching Hazel counting cards Toby decides to blackmail Hazel, his silence if she gets info on what a gang is planning to do to his casino. Toby is snotty and hard, and confused about his attraction to Walmart. Hazel is fun loving and irresponsible, but can she really turn down the opportunity to work with Ellis just so her parents don't learn of another scandal?
