The Pursuit by Elliee Atkinson

This is a fast paced, suspenseful romance. Mark is shy, quiet, kind and warm. Molly is brave, independent and thoughtful. The storylines are interesting and entertaining, they're full of intrigue, mystery, romance, drama and excitement. All of the characters are fascinating in their own way, and there's a strong bond between all of them. It's the kind of story that captures your imagination and keeps your attention. It's a thoroughly enjoyable story.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special.
