Defenseless by Elizabeth Dyer

This is an action packed, intense, suspenseful and engrossing story. Parker is a quirky genius who lives off of caffeine and junk food. He's cocky, amusing and captivating. Georgia is tough, emotionally damaged and snarky. When Georgia gets assigned to guard Parker, they both resent it. But within hours they are on the run, trying to stay alive and trust each other. An emotional bond is formed between them that gets stronger and more comfortable every day. I really love these two as a couple, they compliment each other, help each overcome their own and the others personal issues and are kick butt partners. I do wish that it didn't end the way it did, hopefully book two picks up where this one left off. I recommend putting on your TBR list, near the top.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Goodreads. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
