This is a quick, captivating and romantic story. Eric is cold and unfeeling, and confused. He doesn't believe in love yet he can't explain the thoughts he has about his wife. Caroline is sweet, shy and obedient. But when she finds herself falling in love with her cold hearted husband, she becomes not so shy and quiet. It's highly entertaining and charming. This is sweet love story with a lot of drama at the end. Dean is charming, loyal and sweet. Kat is tough, smart and quiet. They start as friends, but each of them develops feelings for the other that they are afraid to share, they don't want to ruin a great friendship. Then they become friends with benefits. At the end of college Kat runs home and hides with her secret. When Dean finds out about it, he gets angry and stays angry for months. This is romantic, dramatic and full of angst. Ransom is burned out, he doesn't know who he is or what he wants. Until he sees Cave again. Cave is kind and responsible. The love they shared at 16 is still there 15 years later, but there are more issues standing between them now than there were back then. Both want to rekindle the love, and both realize it's not going to be. The longer they spend together, the more each wants it. Add a baby and a controlling manager and all kinds of sparks fly. This is ultimately sweet and romantic, but Isabella took too long to confront her fears. Elliot is a kind and captivating emotionally and physically scarred man who is lonely and guilt ridden. I liked Isabella, but thought that her issues with Elliot's face were too extreme. It would be uncomfortable to look at him in the beginning, but only because a caring person could not help but feel sympathy for anybody with burns on their person. This is intense, creepy and suspenseful. I loved the storyline, but didn't care for the characters. Mark is a nice guy, but he's weak. Kelly is a selfish, silly and unfeeling person. The one thing that ruined the story for me was the constant referrals to the abuse cycle. The cycle is a choice, you can do what your parents did, or you can do what you wish they had done. And not providing well, and not being perfect have nothing to do with it. If it wasn't for this aspect of the story, it would have been brilliant. This is sweet and charming. Max is a nice guy who got burned, but he's little dense. He had no clue who Lucy was for the longest time. Lucy is a caring person with a big heart who has been emotionally harmed by an abusive man. She has also been in love with Max since she was a teen. Riley is adorable and smart. The storyline is fun, happy and romantic and Max, Lucy and Riley make a wonderful family.

These are fun, romantic and heartwarming stories. There are no villains, no real angst, just sweet and entertaining people caught off guard. The storylines range from highly amusing to very practical. The characters are charming, spunky and adorable.. I loved every story in the book. A great addition for your TBR list. Hannah is strong and determined, yet vulnerable and stubborn. I really, really like Zander, with the exception of his not telling Hannah about Nate sooner. Zander and Hannah are the calmest and most romantic of all the Montana Trails couples. Only one more book to go, I can't wait to see what happens to Nate. This is the most romantic and heartwarming story of the series, which was very surprising considering I never expected to like MT. But after meeting Morgan his whole demeanor changes, he turns into a likeable person. Morgan is sweet, caring, lonely, vulnerable and afraid. Emotionally this is almost as hard to read as everything with Nate and Emma. At the very beginning I lost all the warmth and respect that I had for Jareth and Kyle for the way they treated Ruby when she showed up on their doorstep. I don't think I could forgive them. This is intense and sweet. Ryland is serious, loyal, thoughtful and caring. Amy is alone, vulnerable and sweet. They are very timid around each other, Amy not wanting to get attached, Ryland not sure of what he's feeling. Interactions with Nate are still hard and Damon surprised me. This is a much happier story in the series. There is still drama and angst, but it's also sweet. Damon is interesting, he's guilt ridden about things that happened in high school and that makes him very protective of Rachiah. Rachiah is angry and confused. And conflicted about her feelings for Damon. It's a good addition to the family.

This is a tearjerker from start to finish. Drake is resentful, frustrated and unsure of how to get what he has always wanted, namely Stefanie. Stefanie is stubborn, impulsive and naive. Drake struggles to give both Stefanie and Emma what they need, but neither is inclined to take it. Stefanie is determined to save her home at any cost, but her pride prevents her from accepting Drakes help. They have always been in love with each other, but neither said anything, and are still afraid to. But Drake is a sweet guy who gradually wins Stefanie over. This is a dramatic story that isn't as sad as the last book. Jareth is serious, lost and restless. Cyan is bold, stubborn and uncomfortable. Jareth suddenly finds himself totally enchanted by a woman for the first time, even though they're on opposite sides of a serious issue. And then he shoots her. Cyan doesn't like the things that Jareth does, but she can't stop thinking of him, or liking him. Lies, omissions and attraction control the relationship between them, to bring them closer, but also push them apart. It's a captivating storyline with some likable characters, and a couple not so likable characters. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series. When they overhear a plot to kill the king, Rose and Will separately investigate the people involved. But Rose is being hunted by them, and Will is trying to keep her safe. They are attracted to each other but Will discourages a relationship knowing that his job doesn't allow for marriage and children. They become friends and allies, then give in to the attraction. This is an intense, suspenseful and gripping story with so many twists you don't know what to believe. Roxy, West and Zeke end up in the same small town and they soon stated to realize that they all knew each other, but their memories of the past didn't add up. The more they dug for answers, the more confused they got. They couldn't tell truth from lies, memories from dreams. I liked Roxy and Zeke, I didn't trust West. There's so much going on in the storyline that it keeps you on the edge of your seat and trying to figure out what is going on.
