This is a sweet romantic story. Luke is a workaholic who never wants to marry. Sarah is working towards a goal and has no wish to marry. Both have a very dry sense of humor, and both are snarky . They find themselves thrown together, and irresistibly drawn to each other. So they decide to have a temporary fling, just while they're both in town. But both learn things about themselves that have them questioning what they really want from life. It will draw you in with the sweetness, the romance, and the amusement and keep you rooting for love.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
