Best Friends Forever by Jess Bentley

This is romantic, interesting, entertaining and enjoyable. Clay is sweet, caring, unpretentious and a nice guy. Penny is stubborn, dedicated and independent. They were roommates in college, and Clay was half in love with Penny. After a break-up, Penny decides that they should have a pact. If they haven't found "the right one" in 15 years, they should marry. 15 years later Penny shows up at the class reunion, not looking for marriage, just change. And things start to change very quickly. It's a great book that I recommend adding to your TBR list.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
