Misconduct by Samantha Kane

This is a captivating, steamy romance. Tom is a nice guy from the mid West, he's polite, charming and engaging, and a bit manipulative. He has recently discovered that he is bi and he wants his teammate/ roommate Danny. Danny believes that his one night of wild sex with a woman and other men was a one time thing. But being around Tom is confusing him. Carmina is a wounded vet who's best friend is their teammate. She has a personal problem that she thinks a man can solve. And while she's attracted to Danny, she chooses Tom to help her. Tom fails, but Danny doesn't. Now she wants both of them. So while Danny convinces himself he doesn't want to be in a relationship, Tom and Carmina start one. And try to draw Danny in. I loved the storyline and the characters. Outside of their relationship the drama amongst the team members is dramatic and suspenseful.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
