What A Highlander's Got To Do by Sabrina York

This is romantic, steamy, amusing and entertaining. Nick is charming, insecure and romantic. Isobel is stubborn, headstrong and snarky. Nick and Isobel are in lust with each other. But when it turns from lust to love for Nick, Isobel doesn't feel the same. She doesn't want to marry, and especially not to an English lord, who will own her and take her from Scotland. Fortunately for Nick he has some relatives who jump in to help him. There are some very funny moments, some not so funny moments, some eye opening moments and some dramatic moments that leave you with a lot of sympathy for Nick. The supporting characters are all fascinating, I hope that they all get their own stories. I recommend adding this to your TBR list.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
