The Crusaders Handfast by Claire Delacroix

This book was gifted to me. The story of Duncan and Radegunde is an epic tale of love and life and justice. Not only for them, but for other characters also. It's well written, romantic, suspenseful, intense and engrossing. The characters are intriguing and the storyline fascinating. This whole series is captivating, it is a must add to your TBR list.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
