Hot Nights In Sturgis by Michelle Love

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This a sweet, funny and unusual love story. This couple starts off "pretending" that they're in love, then convince themselves that it's true. The characters are well developed, interesting, bold, insecure and very likable. The story takes you from Benny and Angel meeting to about 25 years later. It's full of drama, suspense, laughs, tears and love. I enjoyed reading this immensely.

This is an amusing, heartwarming and romantic story. Simon is an honorable, charming and vulnerable man. Diana is sweet, caring and vulnerable. Simon believes that he killed his first wife and therefore doesn't deserve to be happy. But he believes in romance, which is why he chooses to be the person to tell Diana that she's being jilted by his best friend. He wants to help her overcome the scandal and when she decides to run from her tyrant father, he takes her. They get to know each other, and like each other, on their journey. It's very entertaining just how they get to know each other, and romantic and sweet. I love the whole series, but Simon and Diana are special. If you haven't added these books to your TBR list, do so. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
